Michelle's bio: Michelle Thorne believes in the power of vulnerability and the beauty of brokenness. Art heals her soul, and sports are her happy place. A birth mom of 22+ years, she spends her days advocating for (birth) mothers and fighting to make adoption and foster care child-centered. Michelle has written several non-fiction books about various topics in adoption and enjoys doing life with her family. Her third installment of the BOTH/AND series, BOTH CLEAVING AND CLEAVING, was released on April 25, 2022. It's about a birth mom in an open adoption who fights for women like herself and family permanency.
